"I have rented 2 properties from Marc over the past few years: an apartment and an office space for my small business. Marc has been amazing. Like many, I've had past experiences where landlords didn't respond to maintenance requests, ignored me, and didn't seem to care about my quality of life. Marc is totally different. He genuinely cares about his tenants. He has been amendable to requests, personable, and very laid back. You'll be in good hands with him. The properties themselves didn't have hardly any maintenance issues besides minor occurrences that are common with any household"

"Renting from Marc and STL Rentals was nothing but a positive experience. The application process was fast and easy, and Marc was very helpful in directing me to get all the utilities set up and everything situated for move in. Once I moved in Marc was very responsive to any questions or maintenance issues I had. Repairs were minimal but when I had an issue the repairs were scheduled immediately. I have nothing but good things to sat about the application process, living at the property, and the management. I had to leave the area for a job otherwise I wouldn't have left. It's hard to find comparable management and properties like this."
